About Service

A. Service Limitations

  • Areas left unattended for a long time and considered high-risk for contamination are not supported (e.g., animal waste, heavy mold, or spaces with prolonged exposure to illness without cleaning).
  • Maximum service height is limited to 3 meters.
  • Service is provided indoors only, within reachable and safe working conditions.
  • Outdoor areas such as parking lots, gardens, or external spaces are not covered.
  • Post-construction or major renovation cleaning is not supported.
  • Cleaning cannot be performed simultaneously with on-site technicians or contractors.
  • Does not cover stains from paint, grout, or construction chemicals.
  • Deeply embedded or permanent stains cannot be removed; only surface-level cleaning is provided.

 

B. Service Acceptance by Taskers

  • All bookings are processed through an automated platform.
  • Once a booking is posted successfully, Taskers will review and decide whether to accept the job.
  • If your booking is pending for a long time, you may edit the date/time via the application.

C. Cleaning Service Terms

Cleaning (on-demand)

  • Indoor residential areas only.
  • Suitable for spaces that are regularly maintained (daily or weekly cleaning).
  • Focuses on general cleaning, not deep cleaning.

Deep Cleaning

  • Indoor residential areas only.
  • Covers detailed cleaning in all areas, based on the appropriate number of Taskers and service hours.
  • Suitable for move-in or move-out preparation.
  • A team leader will supervise and manage the service team.

D. Additional Hour Request

  • Overtime depends on Tasker availability.
  • Taskers can request additional time through the app, which customers can approve or decline.
  • You may also contact Customer Support during operating hours for assistance.

E. Receipt

  • A receipt will be automatically sent to your registered and verified email after service completion.
  • If your email is not verified, you will not receive the receipt. Please verify your email and contact Customer Support to request it again.
  • Receipt details cannot be edited. Information will reflect the booking details provided in the application.

F. Tax Invoice

  • bTaskee is a platform connecting customers with service providers and is not the direct service provider.
  • Payments are collected and transferred to Taskers; therefore, tax invoices cannot be issued on behalf of Taskers.
  • bTaskee can issue a tax invoice only for platform service fees.
  • Full tax invoices are available only for Office Cleaning services.
  • Tax invoice details must be filled in during the booking process; otherwise, the system will not notify the accounting team.
