Step 2: Turn off the power supply and drain the water.
Step 3: Disassemble the water heater for cleaning.
Step 4: Check the anti-electric shock device (ELCB).
Step 5: Inspect the thermostat.
Step 6: Clean internal sediment buildup using a high-pressure spray.
Step 7: Clean the heating element using a high-pressure spray.

Additional Services

Magnesium anode rod replacement support: If the magnesium rod is damaged, the technician will provide guidance and recommendations for replacement if necessary (Customers will be consulted before making a decision to replace. This service is not included in the basic cleaning package).

Manufacturer’s Recommendation

According to the manufacturer’s recommendation, if a water heater has not been cleaned or maintained for over 3 years, calcium scale buildup on the heating element can become very thick, making the element brittle and prone to breakage. In such cases, depending on the actual condition, the technician will inspect it together with the customer and advise whether the internal heating element should be replaced to ensure safe operation and help reduce electricity consumption.
