Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Manage and optimize app-focused ad campaigns:<ul><li>Manage ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, and
    Apple Search Ads and other channels, with a focus on user acquisition and in-app conversions;

  2. Oversee email marketing campaigns to engage both current and potential customers;

  3. Continuously optimize campaigns by adjusting budgets and targeting strategies to enhance user experience and acquisition;

  4. Performance Analysis & Reporting:<ul><li>Monitor and analyze campaign data, evaluating performance to recommend improvements;

  5. Generate regular reports with insights focused on user acquisition and engagement;

  6. A/B Testing & Content Optimization:<ul><li>Test various ad creatives, formats, and audiences to identify the most effective combinations that drive app installs and user engagement;

  7. Refine ad content and design based on test results to improve campai effectiveness;

  8. Strategic Research & Implementation:<ul><li>Conduct keyword and competitor research to enhance campaign strategies;

  9. Keep up with mobile advertising trends and implement best practices to ensure optimal outcomes;

  10. Budget management and forecasting:<ul><li>Efficiently manage budgets to maximize ROI and forecast future needs based campaign performance;

  11. Other duties (if any): Complete any additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications and Skill

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related fiel

  • Experience: At least 2 years in performance advertising, especially with mobile app campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads);

  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in metrics like CPI, CPA, ROAS; familiar with tools such Google Analytics and mobile attribution platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, CleverTap…);

  • Mobile Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of app marketing trends and user behavior;

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively and optimize based on data insights;

  • Creativity: Capable of creating engaging ad content and testing different approaches for performance;

  • Language: Good communication skills in English;

  • Equipment: Must have a personal laptop;

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills;

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations;

  • Mature, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
