Account Management Executive (Customer Success)
Responsible for managing and expanding bTaskee's B2B and B2C subscription customer base, ensuring retention, upselling, and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage key B2B and B2C accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Identify upselling opportunities and convert customers to subscription plans.
Develop partnerships with corporate clients and negotiate contracts.
Monitor subscription renewals, optimize packages, and analyze customer data.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
2+ years of experience in account management or business development.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills.
Experience with CRM and subscription-based services.
Fluent in Thai and English.
