Responsible for managing and expanding bTaskee's B2B and B2C subscription customer base, ensuring retention, upselling, and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key B2B and B2C accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

  • Identify upselling opportunities and convert customers to subscription plans.

  • Develop partnerships with corporate clients and negotiate contracts.

  • Monitor subscription renewals, optimize packages, and analyze customer data.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.

  • 2+ years of experience in account management or business development.

  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills.

  • Experience with CRM and subscription-based services.

  • Fluent in Thai and English.
