Business Development (B2B) Executive

The Business Development (B2B) role is responsible for expanding bTaskee's corporate client base and building strategic business partnerships. The focus will be on securing B2B clients, initiating co-branded marketing campaigns, and growing the company’s service usage among corporations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients and partners.

  • Develop B2B opportunities including joint campaigns and long-term service contracts.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Analyze client needs and propose service solutions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet quarterly targets.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular reports.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B sales, or partnership management.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and deliver results.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.

  • Good command of Thai and English (written and spoken).
