Event & Partnership Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute on-brand events to increase bTaskee’s visibility and reputation
Identify and manage event opportunities, trade shows, and community activities that align with company goals
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships that drive mutual benefits (e.g. bPoint redemptions, co-branding, exclusive user perks)
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Community teams to maximize event engagement and communication impact
Handle event logistics — from venue coordination and vendor management to budget tracking
Evaluate event and partnership performance to measure success and recommend improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
1–3 years of experience in event management, partnerships, brand marketing, or public relations
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to work with both internal teams and external partners
Fluent in Thai, with good English communication skills
A positive, proactive, and can-do attitude
