Own and deliver end-to-end features from concept to production (backend + frontend);
Design scalable architecture for high-availability systems;
Act as a technical lead for the team: set standards, perform code reviews, and mentor less experienced engineers;
Assign tasks, oversee delivery, and drive execution within the engineering team;
Provide material and constructive feedback on the work of SWE and Sr. SWE;
Continuously improve code quality, scalability, and performance.

Proven track record with 3+ years in fullstack development and 1+ year leading engineering teams in product-based companies;
Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineer/Information Technology or IT-related major;
Strong problem-solving skills and clean coding practices;
Comfortable providing feedback and mentoring junior to senior developers;
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with React.js;
Strong familiarity with large-scale microservices architecture;
Experience in modern design patterns, Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab and RESTful API;
Experience in building highly available, performing and scalable clustered services CI/CD tools.
