RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
As the role of HRBP, you will be fully in charge for:
1. Strategic Partnership & Organizational Development
Partner with department heads and managers to design organizational structures, workforce plans, and headcount strategies;
Analyze workforce data and performance insights to propose talent development initiatives and organizational improvements;
Contribute to the development of competency frameworks, career paths, and succession planning.
2. People Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute HR processes effectively: recruitment, performance evaluation, recognition, discipline, and employee engagement;
Provide guidance to managers on handling employee relations, policy interpretation, performance issues, and team dynamics;
Support HR initiatives such as onboarding/offboarding, employee surveys, and culture-building programs.
3. Data-Driven HR & Process Improvement
Monitor and report key HR metrics such as turnover rate, engagement score, productivity, and absenteeism;
Identify areas for HR process enhancement and lead continuous improvement initiatives;
Implement best practices in performance management, feedback systems, and development programs.
4. Other tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager and the Board of Directors (BOD).
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Must to Have:
At least 3 years of experience in an HRBP or equivalent role;
Strong understanding of organizational development, HR systems, and employee behavior;
Analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and a holistic view of organizational dynamics;
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills;
Have a personal laptop.
Nice to Have:
Experience in tech companies or fast-growing startups;
Knowledge in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Coaching;
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and HR analytics tools.
