Operations Officer - (Recruitment Partner)

bTaskee connects users with skilled service providers (Taskers). We’re hiring an Operations Officer (Recruit Partner / Home Services) to recruit, train, and support Taskers, ensuring top-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard qualified Taskers, including training and document verification.

  • Conduct training on service standards, platform usage, and customer service.

  • Monitor Tasker performance and address service issues.

  • Build strong relationships with Taskers and maintain engagement

  • Working 09.00 - 18.00 (Able to work on some Weekend)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 1-2+ years of experience in partner/vendor management or training roles

  • Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken) preferably

  • Understanding of local home service industry standards

  • Strong skills in Excel, communication, and public speaking.
