JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Perform active searching for and receiving of a list of partners providing services like air conditioning cleaning, laundry, cleaning sofa/cushions, and disinfection from Marketing department

• Contact, consult, appraise facilities in the area, deal and sign contracts with brand partners

• Coordinate with related units to develop proper procedure of service consulting documents, design models, policies, services, and cooperation methods suiting each partner

• Handle partner-related issues such as: system user manual, coordination and assignment as well as management of partner's work-related issues

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Male candidate with at least 2 years of sales/technical experience in service industries, automobiles, resort real estate, luxury apartments, etc.

• Capable of proactively planning, implementing partner development programs and reporting on implementation plans

• Have communication and negotiation skills. Good-looking appearance, agile, dynamic, eager to learn;

• Have transportation, laptop, smartphone
