Senior Operations Executive (Tasker Management)

We are looking for a Senior Operations Executive to oversee bTaskee’s Tasker-side operations — including housekeepers, masseuses, eldercare workers, and air-conditioning technicians. You will ensure smooth daily operations, high service quality, and efficient workforce management while supporting the growth of our Tasker community and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute operational plans, ensuring all KPIs are achieved (acceptance rate, completion rate, cost per task).

  • Recruit, screen, and onboard new Taskers to meet business demand.

  • Build strong relationships within the Tasker community through communication and mentorship programs.

  • Conduct training on service standards, safety, and customer care.

  • Monitor performance, analyse data, and implement improvement plans.

  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to improve operations and service quality.

  • Ensure all operations comply with internal policies and labour regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

  • 4–6 years of experience in operations management (preferably in service or platform-based business).

  • Proven leadership with experience supervising at least 10 team members.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / BI tools for data analysis.

  • Highly organized, adaptable, and results-driven.
