RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Deep-dive into both customer and service provider behavior to identify pain points and shape seamless O2O product experiences;

  • Drive discovery and evaluate business cases to uncover new growth opportunities and close product gaps;

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features quickly and effectively;

  • Define and communicate product strategy and roadmap within assigned service scope;

  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear, actionable plans for engineers and designers;

  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to iterate rapidly;

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution;

  • Own end-to-end product launches, from MVP to scale, ensuring measurable business impact.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Must to Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 1-2 years in O2O or real-time/on-demand platforms;

  • Proven track record of building and scaling products that combine both digital platform and offline operations;

  • Experience managing products with large-scale traffic and user bases, ideally within ecosystems or multi-category domains;

  • Strong business acumen: ability to analyze business cases and translate operational needs into product solutions;

  • Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact;

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills;

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable product decisions;

  • Comfortable with fast-paced, high-growth environments and able to take end-to-end ownership.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledgeable in UI/UX principles and best practices;

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
