• Starting from December 10, 2024, Customers can open bTaskee app daily to get 1 turn to open a gift. On December 25, 2024, you’ll get 2 turns!

• The more tasks you complete, the more turns you’ll earn. Your accumulated gifts will appear under the Christmas tree in the app.

• Prizes will be revealed immediately after you open a gift.

• Book tasks now to get amazing Christmas gifts from bTaskee!

• By participating in this program, Customers agree to accept bTaskee's Terms of Service for services provided through the bTaskee application.

• During the event, if there are any signs of violations of the Program's Terms or fraudulent activities, bTaskee reserves the right to deny or cancel the prize eligibility of the winner. bTaskee's decision is final in all cases.

• All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any equivalent credit value.

• For rewards involving service discounts from bTaskee and partners of bTaskee, each reward comes with specific Terms and Conditions. Customers are encouraged to review these before using.

• Customers must redeem/claim all offers/rewards within the specified timeframe. Any offers/rewards not redeemed within the designated period will be processed according to current regulations. bTaskee will not entertain any complaints or compensation related to such cases.

• For bPoint rewards, customers will receive points immediately upon winning notification. These points will be directly added to account of customer and will remain valid until June 30, 2025.

• bTaskee reserves the right to suspend or adjust the program's content to suit actual circumstances at any time before the event ends. Any changes will be publicly announced and registered/notified to the relevant state authorities.

• In case of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, lightning, terrorism, epidemics, server attacks resulting in participant registration data loss, bTaskee reserve the right to change or cancel the Program and notify participants at the earliest opportunity.
