- The above service price list is for reference only at present and can be automatically adjusted depending on your area/location, peak hours, and holidays.
- The standard installation package includes up to 3m of AC pipe, 4m of electrical cable, and 2m of drainage hose.
- Additional add-on fees per unit (if required): wall drilling IDR80,000, high-rise installation (>3m) IDR50,000, and hard-to-reach outdoor areas IDR100,000.
- An additional fee of IDR25,000 applies to cleaning services performed in apartments.
- A 15% price increase applies to bookings made during morning peak hours (07:00–09:00 WIB) and evening peak hours (18:00–20:00 WIB).
- All structural work is covered by an official 7-day bTaskee service warranty.

Yes, bTaskee operates daily, including holidays. Please book 1-2 days in advance to ensure a Tasker is ready for your request.
5. What is the best way to book via the app?

6. How do I request a refund?
To cancel an order, please use the cancellation feature directly within the bTaskee app. All refund requests will be processed within 1 to 3 business days in accordance with bTaskee’s service policy.
