- The above service price list is for reference only at present and can be automatically adjusted depending on your area/location, peak hours, and holidays.
- An additional fee of Rp20,000 applies to bookings made during morning peak hours (07:00–09:00 WIB) and evening peak hours (19:00–21:00 WIB).
- A minimum order of 5 kg applies to the Normal Cleaning (regular laundry) service. Orders weighing less than 5 kg will still be charged the standard 5 kg minimum rate.

Jobs are typically accepted within one hour. During holidays or peak times, we recommend booking one day in advance to secure your preferred schedule.
3. How do I identify my Tasker?
You can view the Tasker's photo in the app once a booking is confirmed. For added security, simply scan their QR code upon arrival for verification.
4. Can I book services on national holidays?
Yes, bTaskee operates daily, including holidays. Please book 1-2 days in advance to ensure a Tasker is ready for your request.
5. What is the best way to book via the app?

6. How do I request a refund?
To cancel an order, please use the cancellation feature directly within the bTaskee app. All refund requests will be processed within 1 to 3 business days in accordance with bTaskee’s service policy.
