- 15% price increase applies to bookings made during morning peak hours (07:00–09:00 WIB) and evening peak hours (18:00–20:00 WIB).
- An additional fee of IDR25,000 applies to cleaning services performed in apartments.
- An additional fee of IDR50,000 applies if the water heater unit is located on or inside the ceiling.
